As a member of the Space, Defence & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting major national and international engineering projects in the space sector, with a focus on Telecommunication. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and space agencies such as ASI, ESA, and NASA.The tasks range from requirement definition and verification to design of complex system, support to the implementation phases and performance validation, designing, testing and executing operational procedures for to run space operations. Requirements:
Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
A Master's in Automation or System Control Engineering, is considered a plus
Preferibly 2 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector
In-depth knowledge of Telecommunication
Knowledge of wireless communications
Familiarity with Aerospace and System engineering fundamentals
Knowledge of GNSS background is considered a plus
Advanced English proficiency;
Eligibility for National Security Clearance.
Responsibilities:
State of art review of complex system;
Design of telecommunication link budgets in space & challenged scenario;
Design and development of telecommunication systems in Electronic Warfare contexts;
Mission operations design and implementation;
System Engineering activities;
Testing and verification of complex system for validation activities;
Technical support for new project proposal preparation.
